そんな食のスタイルを叶えるのが、ICONIC STAGEのお料理やスイーツです。
食材として使われるのは、横浜本社ビル3階のSustainuS farmで水耕栽培された数十種類エディブルフラワー〔*１〕やハーブ〔*２〕、葉物野菜〔*３〕たち。
これらはLEDの光によって無農薬で丁寧に育てられ、2階のICONIC STAGE kitchenにてつくられるスイーツや、1階cafeのお料理に使われます。
フレッシュな食材は味も色も香りもあまねく生かされ、まるで絵画のようなスイーツやお料理へと転身。深いリラックスとリフレッシュを感じるメニューがお楽しみいただけます。
ここでの食体験を深く知っていただきたく、本店へご来店さらえた方はSustainuS farmやICONIC STAGE kitchenをご見学できるようになっており、また、cafe空間は、ピアノも設置され、各種音楽の演奏会やワンちゃん連れのパーティーなど、各種イベントや懇親会にご利用いただけます。

Nestled within our Yokohama headquarters on the third floor is SustainuS Farm, where we cultivate a variety of edible flowers(*1), herbs(*2), and leafy greens(*3) hydroponically. Nurtured under LED lights without pesticides, these ingredients are the stars in our second-floor ICONIC STAGE kitchen and first-floor café. Our palette of flavors, colors, and aromas transforms fresh ingredients into edible masterpieces. It's not just food; it's an art form that offers you a tranquil and rejuvenating dining experience.
For a closer look at our culinary journey, guests are invited to explore the SustainuS farm and observe the ICONIC STAGE kitchen in action. The café area is equipped with a piano and can be used for a variety of events and gatherings, including musical performances and dog-friendly parties.
